By using the U.S. Beer Labels website & online order system, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions of service:
USBL guarantees the authenticity of every label we stock. They are vintage breweriana that fluctuate in market value. USBL does not imply nor guarantee the value of any label. We cannot guarantee the available quantity of any given label.
USBL cannot be held responsible for any factors beyond our control which may include, but are not limited to : USBL site outages, third party outages (Paypal, etc.), fraudulent third party activities, system crashes, user errors, USBL site typos or damage to uninsured mailings.
Privacy Policy
USBL respects the privacy of every site visitor. We will not provide site user personal information to outside third parties or use information in any way other than to complete the given transaction between USBL and the user.
Shipping
USBL ships First Class Mail via the USPS to residential addresses in the continental U.S. only. All other shipments will incur additional shipping costs.
We ship on Mon., Weds. & Fri., adjusting accordingly for holidays. Paypal and m.o. payments ship the following shipping day. All checks are held 7 to 10 business days.
Online orders via Paypal
Shipping costs have been calculated and will be added at the time of checkout. (Recommended for most orders in the continental U.S.)

Online Orders via Check or M.O.
Shipping costs will be calculated and sent via e-mail with your order confirmation. (Required for all orders outside the continental U.S. & special request orders.)
Payments
All payments must be in US$ and/or drawn on U.S. accounts.
All online payments are to be made via Paypal only.

The only payments accepted via mail are : personal checks, money orders and certified checks. USBL will not accept business checks or cash.
A minimum of $20 will be charged for all checks with insufficient funds.
Returns/Refunds
USBL will gladly issue a refund for any label(s) returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Any label(s) must be returned in original condition.
- Returns must be made in the original packaging.
- Refunds will be issued within 10 days for the original purchase price in the form of the buyers original payment.
